Dr. Taylor Clem is county director for UF/IFAS Extension Nassau, and a horticultural extension agent. He earned a doctorate in horticulture services and a master’s in landscape architecture from the University of Florida. Dr. Clem also has a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Kentucky.

He has numerous certifications, including but not limited to: Certified Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Professional, Green-Industries Best Management Practices Instructor Training, and Teaching and Learning in Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Before accepting the position in Nassau County, Taylor was an extension agent and Master Gardener Volunteer program coordinator for the UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County office in Gainesville.
